As an Attorney of Counsel at Silverpine Law, Mr. Olosunde represents employees of federal, state, and municipal governments in disputes against their employers. His work includes courthouse litigation and adversarial administrative proceedings in the EEOC, the MSPB, the OFO, and the OSC. He also advises government employees regarding security clearance and suitability proceedings.
Prior to joining Silverpine Law, Mr. Olosunde was a partner at a prominent DC law firm focusing on representation of federal agency employees. He also served as General Counsel for a private equity investment group called Kematix, where he drafted business contracts, prepared patent applications, and advised emerging e-commerce companies regarding sales, distribution, and intellectual property concerns. Before that, he spent ten years working on high-stakes national security matters for the DOJ and another ten years as a felony prosecutor in New York City, where he used money-laundering and conspiracy laws to take down high-profile leaders of criminal organizations in jury trials.
Mr. Olosunde earned his law degree at New York Law School, ranking in the top 15% of his class. He also holds an MBA from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in government from Cornell University.
Mr. Olosunde is a licensed member of the bar in New York and DC. He is admitted to the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA Court), and the US Supreme Court.
